This is designed for children who need assistance learning portion sizes, understanding how to choose healthy foods, or children who have chronic illnesses such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, or poor weight gain.

Food Allergy/Intolerance Management

With food allergies on the rise, many parents are struggling to balance a healthy diet complying with their child’s food restrictions. For celiac disease patients managing the complex gluten-free diet, Lara will use her experience to assist in finding safe foods with ease and teach how to meet nutrient needs on a restricted diet.
