Mint Chocolate Chip Popsicles

These popsicles are full of nutrition leaving kids feeling full, and parents HAP-PEA!



2 cups Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored
1/4 cup Almond Milk, Vanilla Flavored
1 ½ tsp Vanilla
6 Tbsp Honey
2 cups Green Peas, Frozen
2/3 cup Mint, Fresh
1/3 cup Mini Chocolate Chips


    1. Add Greek yogurt, almond milk, peas, and mint into a blender and blend well.
    2. Add a few chocolate chips to the popsicle molds. 
    3. Gently pour a small amount of the mint mixture into popsicle molds. 
    4. Add more chocolate chips, and continue to alternate with the mint mixture until the molds are full.
    5. Freeze for at least 4 hours until the popsicles are solid.
