2 Large Russet Potatoes
1 tsp Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Peel and grate potatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to potatoes. Mix all together well.
- Add olive oil to non-stick frying pan on stovetop, increase to medium-high heat.
- Spoon potatoes into frying pan, flip when they are golden brown. Cook until both sides are golden.
- Remove from pan and allow to cool before serving.
