Ingredients:


1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
4 Medium Apples, Chopped
2 ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
2 Sticks  Cinnamon ( or 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon)
4 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup brown sugar


Directions:


  1. Grease crock pot with coconut oil. Add all ingredients but do not mix. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
