Creamy popsicles that are good for you! Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and antioxidants.

Ingredients:


1/2 cup Lite Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
3/4 cup Raspberries
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Sweetened Shredded Coconut
3 Tbsp Honey

 


Directions:


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and cover bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for 4 hours so the chia expands.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, and freeze for at least 3 hours.
