Ingredients:


1 cup Prepared Lentils
1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
2 TBSP Fresh Basil
1 TBSP Fresh Mint
1 TBSP Fresh Jalapeno (optional)
2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar


Directions:


  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl, gently mixing until well combined.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
