2 Extra Ripe Banana, Frozen
1/2 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt, Plain
1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Pineapple
1 Large Ruby Red Grapefruit, Juiced
3 cups Kale, Ribs and Stems Removed


Directions:


  1. Add banana, yogurt, pineapple, grapefruit juice, and kale into a blender to puree.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
