Ingredients:


1 cup Oats (Option to use Gluten-Free Oats)
1 cup Cottage Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Large Eggs
1 cup Blueberries


Directions:


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, except for blueberries. Gently mix in blueberries.
  2. Spray skillet with baking spray and pour batter by 1/4 cup. Serve with favorite pancake toppings and enjoy!
