Tacos for breakfast! This recipe is easy to make and has enough protein to keep you full until lunch.

Ingredients:


6 oz Turkey Sausage
8 Whole Eggs (Or Egg Whites)
1 Large Red Bell Pepper, Diced
1/2 cup Green Onion, Chopped
1 cup Shredded Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cumin
8 Small Corn Tortillas
Dash Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup
Salsa (Homemade or Store Bought)


Directions:


  1. Cook sausage according to directions and slice into bite-size pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs, and then add pepper, onion, cheese, garlic powder, cumin, jalapeno, and salt and pepper.
  3. Cook egg mixture as scrambled eggs. Place scrambled egg mixture and sausage in taco shells and serve with salsa.
