1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Chia Seeds


  1. Mix well until the seeds are covered with liquid. Cover with a lid and let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Top with blueberries, almonds, or your topping of choice, and enjoy!
