Apple Chips

Ingredients:


2 Large Fuji Apples (or other apple of choice)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Sugar


Directions:


  1. Core and slice apples to 1/8 inch thick with a mandolin or knife.
  2. Add apple slices, cinnamon, and sugar to a bowl, tossing until apple slices are coated.
  3. Lay apple slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Make sure no apple slices overlap!
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and flip slices. Place back in oven to bake for another hour. Turn the oven off and allow to cool in the oven -- they will crisp completely once cooled.
